MANGAL, PLLC, a personal injury law firm in the State of Florida, is offering a $500 scholarship to students who are currently attending or plan to attend their first year of college or law school in the academic year upcoming at the time of the application.
The academic start-month and year for which we are currently accepting submissions: Fall 2022.
Applications must be received on or by the end of the day on July 31, 2022. Our cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST.
To apply, you’ll need to submit a 1000+ word essay (no longer than 1500 words) in response to this question:
Is it economically efficient to have a system that requires attorneys to act as intermediaries between injury claimants and their insurers? First, explain the exact market role you believe injury attorneys to play in this relationship. Next, discuss the economic efficiency question above. If you believe it to be efficient, why and in what ways does it beat its alternatives? If not, why and what system do you propose in its stead?

The essay MUST be attached as either a .DOCX or .PDF. Please adhere to MLA formatting guidelines (12 pt. font, Times New Roman, double-spacing, etc.) when submitting your essay to us. Please cite any sources used.
Your subject line in your email MUST start with your name then be followed by “Fall 2022 Scholarship” (Example: “Marcus Aurelius Fall 2022 Scholarship”)
Please attach all of your documentation to a single email containing everything you need to enter. Check that all information is correct before sending. Proofread everything before sending.
