Avnish Mangal is the founding attorney of MANGAL, PLLC, a personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured individuals and families across all of Florida. His practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents (including car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, and scooter accidents), as well as premises liability and products liability matters. Since opening MANGAL, PLLC in 2018, Avnish and his team have served over a thousand clients and maintained a 5-star client review rating, reflecting their commitment to communication, compassion, and results.
Avnish earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Political Science, a background that gives him a strong understanding of the financial and insurance issues at the heart of many personal injury claims. While at Ohio State, he gained real-world business experience consulting for an international Fortune 500 company, experience that now helps him anticipate and counter the strategies used by large insurers and corporate defendants.
Before founding MANGAL, PLLC, Avnish practiced at a Vault 100 law firm in Manhattan, where he focused on complex corporate real estate transactions. That big-firm training sharpened his negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-stakes, document-intensive matters—skills he now applies to building strong personal injury cases and pursuing full and fair compensation for his clients.
Avnish is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York and represents personal injury clients throughout the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, reflecting his commitment to advocacy on behalf of injured Floridians and the civil justice system.
Today, Avnish lives and practices in Florida, where he is proud to serve the community he calls home. His approach is hands-on and client-centered: he strives to clearly explain the process, keep clients informed at every stage, and treat each case with the care and attention he would want for his own family. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, a pediatric dentist in the Winter Garden area, and their son, as well as playing tennis, chess, and sim racing.
