A double-vehicle crash, involving a Nissan Altima and a BMW, occurred on Goldenrod Road, Florida at around 12:43 a.m. on Saturday, December 24, 2022. A 32-year-old woman died and four others were injured in the crash.
According to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Nissan Altima tried a left turn onto Fort Jefferson Boulevard and came directly in the path of a BMW northbound on Goldenrod Road. Both the vehicles collided with the BMW hitting the right side of the Altima. Due to the impact of the collision, the Altima rotated and hit a curb.
The driver and two passengers in the Altima suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital. One of the passengers, a 32-year-old woman from Casselberry, died at the hospital.
A BMW passenger with serious injuries is being treated at the hospital. The driver of the BMW received minor injuries.
If any nearby person or vehicle were injured/damaged as a result of the driver’s negligence, there would likely be a valid personal injury claim.
