A 33-year-old woman died when her car overturned on State Road 293 in the early morning of Oct 4, 2022, as per a release from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
On the fateful morning, the woman was driving a 2014 jeep that was moving north of State Road 293, just north of Range Road. She lost control of the vehicle and it veered off the road.
FHA said that in an attempt to re-enter the roadway, she overcorrected the steering, which caused the car to overturn. The car landed in the trees on the east side of the road. The woman, who was from Crestview, could not survive the accident and was pronounced dead on the scene.
If any nearby person or vehicle were injured/damaged as a result of the driver’s negligence, there would likely be a valid personal injury claim.
