A two-vehicle crash, involving a sedan and an SUV, occurred Friday afternoon, June 16, 2023, in Orange County, Florida. One man lost his life in the crash.
The incident occurred when a sedan was traveling north on Rio Grande Avenue towards 41st Street, but for reasons yet to be determined, the 57-year-old male driver from Orlando lost control of the vehicle.
Consequently, the sedan veered into the southbound lane of Rio Grande Avenue and collided head-on with an SUV approaching from the opposite direction.
According to troopers, the driver of the SUV and both occupants of the sedan were transported to the hospital, where the driver of the sedan later succumbed to his injuries.
Currently, the authorities are conducting an ongoing investigation into the matter.
