TypeTruck Accident

Just yesterday, a 64-year-old man miraculously walked away from an accident on I-95. First responders said he was “lucky to be alive.”

The man was driving a Ford 150 pickup truck south on I-95 near Woolbright Road in Delray Beach when a piece of metal debris fell off a flatbed tow truck driving in the right lane, said Lt. Reyes of the Florida Highway Patrol. The metal debris on the driver’s side crashed through the F-150’s windshield.

Despite his vehicle sustaining heavy damage, the man survived the impact and only received minor injuries.

A Note from Attorney Mangal:

‘Lucky to be alive’ is for sure accurate. Given the description of the accident and aftermath of the windshield and car, it is a miracle the driver walked away.
