A two-vehicle accident, involving a gray Toyota sedan and a white Ford sedan, happened Friday night on October 29, 2021, in U.S. 231 in Bay County, Florida. A toddler and three adults died in the accident.
According to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports, at the time of the crash, a 37-year-old male, who was driving the Toyota automobile, was moving toward the south in the northbound lane of U.S. 231 (State Road 75), when he hit the Ford automobile that was moving toward the north in the northbound lane.
The collision caused the Ford vehicle to go up in flames, resulting in the deaths of the vehicle’s male driver, his female passenger, and a child of age 2 years at the accident scene. Also, the Toyota vehicle driver from Biloxi, Mississippi was pronounced dead at the scene. Two Toyota vehicle passengers from Caldwell, Texas – a 20-year-old male and a 38-year-old female – were transported in an ambulance and by air, respectively to a hospital with critical injuries.
If any nearby person or vehicle were injured/damaged as a result of the driver’s negligence, there would likely be a valid personal injury claim.
