On March 3, 2025, a 40-year-old Orlando man died after being ejected from an SUV in a rollover crash on I-95 North in St. Johns County. The SUV, carrying six adults, hit a guardrail and overturned. The victim, not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown onto the road and struck by passing vehicles. The driver and other passengers sustained minor injuries. The crash shut down I-95 for hours. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
