A two-vehicle crash, involving a 2019 BMW and a Nissan Rogue, occurred at around 11 p.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2022 near Delray Beach in Palm Beach County, Florida.
According to officials, a teenager from Wellington, who was driving the BMW vehicle under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, collided with the Nissan automobile at a high rate of speed. The impact caused the Nisan vehicle to flip over in the median and roll before it came to a stop upside down.
Sherriff’s officials said that five people in the Nissan vehicle died at the crash scene. The sixth occupant of the Nissan automobile was taken to a hospital, where that person died later on. The 17-year-old BMW driver sustained minor injuries in the accident. The crash is under investigation
