A two-vehicle crash, involving a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle and a 2018 Impala, occurred at 1:56 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, on State Road 80, Belle Glade, Florida. A 52-year-old man died in the crash.
As per the statement from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, a Suzuki motorcycle was spotted travelling in the wrong direction, westward in the eastbound lane of State Road 80. Meanwhile, a 2018 Impala was heading eastward in the same lane. The two vehicles collided violently when the motorcycle crossed into the path of the Impala.
According to the PBSO, the force of the impact flung the motorcycle rider off his vehicle and onto the roof of the Impala, before he was hurled onto the road. The motorcycle came to a stop after being pushed eastward in the eastbound lane.
Kenneth Hall, the motorcyclist, was pronounced dead at the scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. The driver of the Impala did not sustain any injuries.
